Great location, very close to a beautiful plaza 🌆. the staff here are super friendly and they really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. the services offered are top-notch too!

Can just recommend for everyone. Marvellous position along with amicable staff are the reasons we loved this lovely hotel. Access to a railroad station, which is close to the property. The property provides a good service. You can use free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Enjoyed the room with very cosy amd comfortable bed, my bed was big.

The hotel's location is great and fantastic, with everything you need like markets and shops within walking distance. There is a huge plaza around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The hotel room was nice size and brand-new. the bed was comfortable. - the staff were gentle. - the location was magnificent and very close to the city center. - the hotel is right by the beautiful Plaza de Santa Ana. - There are many touristic attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby.

This hostel was the worst hostel I have ever stayed. There were no reception, everything and everywhere were dirty. The staff was horrible. Rooms were like a horror movie. I do'nt recommend this hostel to anyone. And also I recommend Booked.net to erase this hostel from its database. I trust them about doing something about this.

Very well located, near everything downtown Madrid. And being able to use the kitchen.

Great location close to all the must-see spots, with train and metro stations nearby as well as plenty of taxis. the staff here are super nice, including the hostess - they really make you feel at home! 🌟

No space in the room. No chair and table. No charme in the room. Small shower in the corner (absolute no space). Next time I visit Madrid I will offer a little more money for a littel more comfort.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and I appreciated its convenient location near museums, the spacious bed, and the modern, tidy room.

The location was great. Very near to the city centre, historical sites and Metro sol. There is a basin inside the room. The wi-fi connection was fast.

The place was pretty run down. The toilet was very small and not very clean. There is only 1 toilet shared by many rooms. The hostel owner cannot speak English.

Greatly enjoyed Madrid, the hotel was lovely near to the city center. The staff were pleasant, overall. We dined at the outdoor restaurant with the GOOD service.

Some of the staff were useless.
